The Headquarters and production center of EUROPA PROFIL ALUMINIUM S.A. are located just outside Athens at the industrial area of Inofita. The modern production facility spreads over a wide area of 177,000 square meters, where the following units operate:
AUTOMATED EXTRUSION LINES
Three (3) automated extrusion lines, with a total annual production capacity of 24,000 tons of aluminium profiles.
Today Europa possesses more than 1,200 active profile codes and more than 4,000 active dies, simple or porthole.
AUTOMATED ELECTROSTATIC COATING LINES
Three (3) automated lines of Electrostatic Coating with an annual production capacity of 25.000 tons of powder coating. Two of them are high-output, continuous-flow vertical lines and the third is a horizontal batch line.
DECORATIVE PAINT UNIT
Modern wood surface decorative paint unit with four (4) paint lines. Two for painting profiles and two for painting panels.
ROBOTIC WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
Automatic robotic warehouse management system handling 1,400 positions for cartridges with extruded profile.
SPECIAL MECHANICAL PROCESSING
Special mechanical processing department including a cutting line, a drilling line and other machining and tooling operations.
SPECIAL THERMAL TREATMENTS
Special thermal treatments of extruded profiles which ensure the specified mechanical properties
